Eat, Drink & Be Local w/some shrimp, Shealy's Q sauce + Highland Kashmir IPA!

Working on a Sunday pm is fun if you're eating boiled wild-caught Atlantic shrimp dipped in Shealy's mustard-based BBQ sauce w/a cold Highland Brewing Company beer from Asheville, NC -- a Kashmir IPA in particular. Woot!









Puts me in a mood to Eat, Drink and Be Local!

  1. Who came up w/ the idea to combine shrimp w/ mustard-based BBQ sauce?

    I have lived in SC a long-ass time and have never seen the two on the same plate.
